ACI EUROPE: The best airports in Europe

ACI Europe’s 2020 Airport Quality Service (ASQ) Awards have been presented, applauding the best airports in the field of customer service according to public reviews. In this regard, ACI Europe commented that the coronavirus pandemic has played a significant role in changing customer views and expectations regarding air service quality, and as such, a new award, ‘Best Sanitary Measures by Region’, was added and awarded to 15 winners.
